Acceptable Use Policy

Ovyaro is built for useful, lawful and human-governed work. These boundaries apply to every plan, provider and connected device.

These terms are a product-ready draft, not a substitute for launch-country legal review. The operator identity, address, governing law, tax and consumer-right language must be finalized before accepting public payments.

Protect people

•Do not use Ovyaro to threaten, exploit, harass, stalk, discriminate against or facilitate abuse of any person.
•Do not sexualize minors or create, request, store or distribute child sexual abuse material.
•Do not enable weapons, violent wrongdoing, suicide assistance or instructions that materially increase physical harm.

Protect privacy and identity

•Do not collect, expose, sell or misuse credentials, private identifiers, biometrics, medical records, precise location or confidential data without lawful authority and consent.
•Do not impersonate another person, clone a voice without permission, create deceptive deepfakes or conceal that synthetic media is AI-generated where disclosure is required.
•Do not bypass authentication, owner controls, permissions, rate limits, safety gates or platform restrictions.

Cybersecurity boundaries

•Defensive security work must be authorized and scoped to systems you own or are permitted to test.
•Do not use Ovyaro for credential theft, malware, persistence, destructive exploitation, evasion, botnets, denial of service or unauthorized access.
•Security findings must be handled responsibly and must not expose secrets or personal data.

High-impact decisions

•Do not let Ovyaro make unreviewed decisions about medical care, employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, legal rights, immigration, policing or public benefits.
•Do not present simulations, mood cues, signal anomalies, future scenarios or AI confidence as verified diagnosis, fact or certainty.
•Use qualified accountable humans for consequential review and maintain an appeal path where required.

Fraud, markets and public integrity

•Do not facilitate fraud, scams, deceptive marketing, market manipulation, money laundering, tax evasion, fake engagement or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
•Do not mass-message, publish, buy, book, trade or transfer value without explicit authority, confirmation and applicable platform consent.
•Do not misrepresent Ovyaro as conscious, omniscient, able to predict the future or able to confirm extraterrestrial intelligence.

Enforcement

Ovyaro may block requests, disable capabilities, preserve relevant audit evidence, suspend accounts or report activity when required by law. Good-faith security research and appeals should be directed to the configured support contact.
